Be sure to look for Academic Journal Articles
To save time:
- Create search terms and keywords before you begin your searches by broadening and narrowing your topic.
- Read the abstract only
- Use the sharing options - email, bookmarking sites (delicious/diigo/etc), bookmark by saving the url of the article
- The State Databases DO NOT require a library card from home any longer.
- Some of the subscription sites DO require passwords and still others are NOT available from home.
- Be sure to come to the library or send an email if you need help using the databases or with your research.
